more special video filters available for use anyplace

I particularly find the special video filters sucjh as cloud bubble lightening and rain useful to the work i do and was curious whethe there are more such effects available for use with videostudio or perhaps a purchaseable set of such filters (video overlays) for use.
I did have a post like this earlier but i'm not too sure i communicated my needs effectively
