Unable to load library

Been using Media Studio 6 and then 7 for quiet some time and loved it. Went to use it again and come to find that it doesn't play well with Vista that I have now. I got it to work but keep getting an out of memory error when creating a video file.

So I go to the Ulead web site figuring I was going to get the new version of Media Studio, well I guess not, even version 8 isn't Vista ready. So is media studio gone for good now???

Any ways figured I would try the Video Studio again (had version 6 or something like that a long time ago) I downloaded the new Pro x2 version. It is OK but I still like the Media Studio interface better, it is more down to business and less "fluff" then Video Studio I think.

But I made a short, about 4 min., time line of just pictures with transitions between them and a couple of titles. When to create a DVD mpeg file and I keep getting a Unable to Load Library error, any idea what this is about. Also Video Studio always want admin permission when I start it, is it reallly fully compatable with Vista?

Syetem is a Asus P5Q-EM mother board with onboard video and sound, q6600 quad core, 4 gig of RAM, about 200 gig of free hard drive. Then only other thing is that the pictures in the time line are pulled off an UnRaid server, don't see how this would matter though.
