problem with adding chapters....

when I go to add chapters I am not able to use the scroll button or any other method of getting to a point in my video to add a chapter .

I just downloaded the newest version of vider studio and the same problem??

Make sure you update your DirectX (see announcement at top of this forum). It solves a lot of preview related problems.
