how do i move edited video to canon hg20

I am not able to figure out how to get an edited file to my Canon HG20. I read the thread http://phpbb.ulead.com.tw/EN/viewtopic.php?t=30736 but the method there is not working for me. However, the software mentioned in this thread is not the same software that came packaged with my camera. My software is called ImageMixer 3. Anyone been successful doing this?
