Essentially, even the updated 2206 build still has problems with rendering in AVCHD. I use PD and render my AVCHD to BluRay format to work around the problem.

BUT even if PD7 has probably better AVCHD editing now I would prefer patch for Corel VS12

Since you have an 8600GT, have you tried the CUDA patch, and do you see any benefit?
