Hi Steve,

I am so annoyed about this status and I don't know how to solve the issue that when I click UVS X2 program on the desktop then show up the window of three options are VideoStudio Editor, Movie Wizard, DV to DVD Wizard but without any actions when click each of them, I trying to canceled XP SP3 and program remove and log in Admin account to reinstall again, but still can¡¦t work for those three options, screen shot as attached if you have any advice, thanks.

I think you cancelling XP3 must have caused the problem. Can you try installing on another machine if possible and report back.
