In case you were wondering how to make your titles linger on the screen after the animation has "completed", do this simple trick . . . Following your normal title text, change the font size to something small (I use 5), then hit <ENTER> several times, and finally enter a 5-point period "." in the font color as the background. What this will do is cause your animation to include the small extra lines until the "." which delays the presence of your main title, seeming to "linger" on screen. It works!

I'm not sure what animation you are using, but you can put a copy of your title, without animation, immediately following your animated title. Sort of like adding a static image.

A bit more detail

Complete the first title, the animation should finish on screen.
Drag the title to the library, this creates an exact copy.
Drag back to the timeline and position immediately after the first.
Change the animation to fade ¡V out.
Change the duration to a few seconds
