Video Studio 9 Editing Video Question

When I use the jog slider to find a part of the video I want to remove how can i find the clip in story board view without searching for it?? In other words I want to be able to find a segment to remove then clik something to go to where that clip is in the story board to view the clip that this segment is in But when i clik play it always jumps to the clip that is highlighted ..Please help

If you wish to use that method of editing you might find it better to change to the timeline view and then slide the timeline cursor (vertical line with inverted triangle at top) instead of using the preview window jog bar - then wherever the cursor is - thats what you'll see in the preview window and thats where it will cut if you use the scissor tool.
