VS12 & Canon HDV

There was a post some time ago (cant find it now) where Ken sent an email to Corel Tech support about VS 12 not being able to write back to the Canon HDV cameras. VS11 is also gulity of this.

If Ken is reading this, did you ever get a reply & hopefully a solution of this issue???

No. Never got a reply... So I continue to use VS10 with the Canon patch for such exports. BTW, IIRC a user with a Sony was also having trouble getting X2 to export back to his camera. So the problem seems to be, if anything, becoming worse! :cry:
