PI crashes on open or save

I purchased PI esd after using the trial version. After loading the full version I was able to open files and save files for about an hour. Since then if I try to load or save a file PI 10 crashes. I have installed and uninstalled the product at least 5 times. I've downloaded the file again and that didn't work. The Animation program is doing the same thing. Cool 360, PhotoImpact Album 10 and Photo Explorer 8.5 seem to be working OK.

If anyone else has had this problem please let me know how you fixed it.[/code]

Do you get any error messages? What are your system spec's? How much free space left on HDD?

Clear out your PI Temp folder and try again.

To run PhotoImpact 10, the window's operating system has to be located on drive C:. Tech support said that they are working on a patch for the problem but they do not know when it will be complete. I had to get rid of my small drive which was my C drive. I had to reformat my 80 gig drive and reinstall Windows XP and all my other programs and data so that it became my C drive. PhotoImpact is working fine now.
