What do you mean by the final copy?
After capture you play this file and all is ok?
After editing and saving this file is ok?
You then make a dvd and this file is poor?
What settings are you using to capture?
What do you then save as for your intermediary files?
What settings do you use in MF to produce your dvd?
Are you watching the final dvd on your pc or your tv?
Does it make a difference which?
Is the vhs tape a home movie or a bought movie?
