Welcome to the forums,

First questions concerning PSP are placed and addressed here. As you may have noticed there are separate forums for most of the former Ulead/Intervideo, now Corel, programs. Just post your question in the forum related to the program.

In PSP X2, go to Effects>Distortion Lens Distortion. Then in the dialog that opens there is a drop-down menu, where you will find Fisheye and Fisheye Spherical.
