MSP7 - saving my custom titles, paths, etc - in OS reinstall

I would like to know what can be saved from MSP7 libraries and how to do that. I have created custom moving paths and saved them and also many reusable Titles and I hate to lose them all.

It has become necessary to reinstall my OS (XP) and I was hoping to be able to save all my work and continue to use it in the new install.

Any help in this area is appreciated and I am posting similar thread in the DVD Workshop forum. thanks!
