A lot of pixalation

Post by Blackbeagle »

After capturing the footage and then creating a video file to be burned I get a lot of pixalation. It's almost unwatchable. Every other few minutes, it would start. I can't figure out why. Is it because as the file is being created, that I'm doing something in the background on my computer?

Any help would be great. thx

Hi

You don¡¦t give much info to go on with your pixel problem.

Can you read the following and reply to the requests.

The items in blue are of particular interest to your query.

Editing your profile to include your PC spec¡¦ may also help.

No!. The actual editing & processing is just "number crunching" by the CPU. Multitasking or a slow computer will slow-down the process, but it won't cause data-corruption. (You don't have corruption, you have compression artifacts. And as Trevor said, we can probably help you with that if you give us some more details.)

A slow or interruped CPU can cause corruption during real-time operations such as capture or playback. (And, these things can sometimes cause problems during CD/DVD burning.)
