Smart Menu Image Substitution

Hello All, Love reading thru forum...have learned so much from so many. Feel silly asking this question but have spent over 1 hour searching with various words, phrases, etc. & haven't come upon any topic even close.Am totally an amateur & have taught myself what I know to date.Recently upgraded to 11.5Plus & like the smart menus. Wish to change the inserted image on one & cannot figure out how. I've changed the "background image" which then replaces the entire scene when I only wish to replace the "inserted" image within the vignette-type surround.Will be grateful for any info. Thanks again.
