UVS 9 Trial - messes up my codecs

I just installed the USV9 Free Trial, andsuddenly Windows Media Player doesn't play ausio with MPEG-2 files, and UVS9 itself has either no picture or no audio for MPEGs in general. I tried unisntalling it, and everything goes back to normal, but when I reinstall, it does the same thing!

If anyone knows what the problem is, or can help, I would greatly appreciate it.

I tried installing some new codecs, but no difference, if USV9 is installed, I can't read MPEG properly
