Alludo USER to USER Web Board

Hi everyone,

every time that I try create a video file, that have a trasition, the file is not created. Not errors was launched, only freeze the application. I tried every types of file ( mpeg optimizer, project preferences, first file...) without success.
I need a help to solve this.

I'm using video studio 11 and X2.
