VideoStudio X2 Ultimate?

I keep seeing references to VideoStudio X2 Ultimate and Wavelab but I don't see anything in the purchase/whats included info that talks about Wavelab?

Is Wavelab part of Paint Shop Pro (which I really don't have a use for - I have PhotoImpact X3 and PhotoShop CS3 so I really don't want to try to learn a third product)

What am I missing?

Wavelab is an audio editing program. If you are located in North America the Ultimate version is not available, for whatever reason.

I new it was an audio program, which was why I was interested in getting it bundled with VS X2. I did not realize it wasn't available in the US.

The version that is bundled with VS Ultimate is an SE version. You can purchase a full version directly from Steinberg's Website.

Wavelab is sort of like Audacity.
It is an audio editor.
