Video Studio using album effect can't get rid of the black

Hi,
I'm trying to put in an Album effect and I want to customize my page in the album with my own picutre. The problem is I can't get rid of the black square...my picture shows up with the black square in the middle of it.
Please help.

If so it is supposed to be there - that's where the Video will be located.
