Bonjour.
Mon MovieFactory 6 finit systematiquement par s'arreter en affichant "Erreur non specifiee", au moment de de la conversion avant gravure.
Film de 3H10 sur DVD 8,5Go- AVI compresse a 7.83 Go.
XP RAM 2 Go.
My MovieFactory stops all the time during the conversion with the message "Unspecified error".
Que faire ? - What can I do ?

To eliminate if this is a problem with the source material, try creating a short DVD using something else - preferably of short duration such as a sample video. Burn to a hard drive folder so that you do not waste any blank discs.
If it works then your source material was faulty.
if it still displays the error then report back here for some more suggestions.

Thanks for your answer.
I have already tried with a short part of the same movie : no problem.
Yesterday evening, I started a new recording with the full DVD (3 parts x 1H + 1 jpeg file). This morning it was stopped at :
Total progression : 46 % (Convertir le menu)
Detailed progression : 32 % (Construction de la transition du menu (001/005)), after a 10 hours work !
This afternoon, it went up to 99% and "Erreur non specifiee".
Maybe a useful information : The report of my last try.

From the Corel Knowledgebase:
Split your project in half and try to burn each one (burn to iso to save on discs). If one completes and one doesn't, take the one that didn't and split that in half and repeat until you find the offending clip.Error 5.0.0 appears while burning a DVD
When you try to burn a DVD, the error ¡§unspecified error 5.0.0¡¨ appears.
Answer: If Error 5.0.0 appears, it means that one or more of the files in the project is damaged. This could be a video, music or overlay file.
Try saving the project as an MPEG file. If the same error message appears when you save the project, close the program and create a copy of your project file.
Remove files from the project and try re-saving until you have identified the damaged file. Open the original project file and delete the damaged file.
