titles between video

titles between video

I have been a windows movie maker user for several years now, and a Ulead user for almost 1 yr. I love Ulead, it's great, but I still haven't figured out how to do some basic stuff in it that I could easily do in wmm, like insert titles between video clips. It always seems to put it OVER the clip, when I really just want a blank background with titles to separate parts of my movie. does anyone know how to do this easily?
