Problem with 'Save as Still Image'

Can you help please?

I have a still image on the first video track, a painting creator animation on the second video track and a title on the first title track. I would like to save the last part of it as a still image. I managed to do it yesterday by selecting Clip / Save as Still Image but today the Save as Still Image option is greyed out. What am I doing wrong? I have looked in the manual and done a search in the forum but I just can't work out how to do it!

Have you actually selected or highlighted the clip you want to save a still from?

Yes, I have. First only one track, then all tracks but it doesn't make any difference. This is really annoying as I know it can be done as I did it yesterday...

The reason that Save as Still Image is not available is due to using an image on one of the tracks. Try instead using the command Tools>Save Current Frame as Image. You need to be in Project mode to do this..
