I see this 15 Latest Photoshop Actions for Text Effects for the PhotoShop CS3, my question its:
Photo Impact can do this?
anybody can pre-made this fonts in Photo impact just only to work with them and modified ?

I understand this action its for another program but, I see many times anothers persons can do the same like "layers" or any thing to do the same text effects ....

A large proportion of Photoshop plug ins can be used in other Image Editing programs including PhotoImpact and PaintShop Pro.

The only way to find out if a specific plug in works is by trying it.
