MovieFactory 2.0SE is stuck on PAL, Help

hello,

I got this Version 2.0 SE of MF with a new DVD burner. When trying to capture a composite signal from my VCR the preview screen is blank. Upon checking the source configuration I can select NTSC and apply....but going back to check it out shows PAL selected again.


Please help,
