Wavy image in project play back

Hi

Use Pro X2.

Captured DV type 1 from Canon MV630i. Noted that there is a sort of wavy line around the edges of obects in the clips.

This diappears when you create the mpeg file and consequently do not appear on the subsequent DVD.

Don't think I ever saw this in 11.5.

Just wondered if this was a characteristic of the prog.

I have issues with the preview in X2 as well. When playing footage from the camera to the pc (via firewire) the picture in the preview screen is not crisp and clear. I really don't know how to describe it. This happens whether capturing or simply playing the camcorder thru the pc. Once the footage is captured the preview is fine. For this reason I have reverted back to v10 for capture, then I use X2 for editing.

So, not that our problems are the same, but it could be some sort of characteristic of the program, our graphics card, etc.
