losing video filters

ulead studio 11.5.0157.2 plus
i keep losing the video filters after a few sessions and have to re install the USV11Plus_ESD_E_Content.exe to get them back
any ideas?

System Information in your profile. Clicking on this button -->
will take you to a short tutorial, explaining how to find and complete that information. This way it will always be available, and will save you from retyping it in the future.
The following thread may help correct this. You would need to adjust the location of the file if you're running Vista. (C:\Users\Ron\AppData\Roaming\Ulead Systems\Ulead VideoStudio\11.0. Replace
Ron with your windows user name).
