Hi
Currently having dialogue with helpful guy at Corel in relation to apparently flawed installation of Pro X2.
He has now asked me to "take a sample screenshot" of the problematic screen to e-mail to them.
The screen in question is the second one after you have added the mpeg file in Share/Create DVD (one when you select the menu template). It is here that the mpeg file superimposes itself onto the menu as previously described.
Just can't figure out how to "take a sample screenshot".
Can anyone advise.
Many thanks
T
ps Incidentally I know this relates to an existing open thread but that seems to be mortally wounded if not quite dead.

With your computer screen displaying the problem press the "Print Scrn" key on your keyboard - this is usually one of the three keys just to the right of the 12 function keys. It will appear as though nothing has happened - but it has.
Now open 'PhotoImpact' ( or any other photo manipulation package - including Microsoft Word. Choose 'Edit >> Paste' and an image of your computer screen will be inserted into the photo package workspace. Save it with a suitable name and you will then have a file containing an image of your computer screen at the instant you pressed 'Print Scrn'
