Problems with Transitions

I'm new to VS and just recieved VS9. I created a quick slideshow using several transitions. When finished I rendered to MPEG2 and during the rendering process the message "Failed to Load Library" popped up. After playing it with for a while a determined that it was the 3D transition libraries that were failing to load - once I removed the 3D transitions the project rendered fine. Any suggestions? Could this be caused by too slow of a machine (1.44 GHz)/384 Mg Ram?

That could be a cause.

That machine might also have some processing running in the background - I'd kill them with Enditall
