Is there any information available anywhere regarding specific differences between 11.5 & 12. I only had 12 Pro for a day but I cannot see any real differences. Thank you.

Two title tracks (wow)
Transitions in overlay tracks (wow)
All tracks visible (great)
Newblue film effects (wow)
Resizable preview window (handy)
Projects can be filed in library (great)
Resizable library thumbnails (handy)
Preview can be stopped while rendering
and more...
Overall a smoother handling.
IMO for the bucks this upgrade is every penny more than worth.

And not to mention the things under the hood:
Faster loading
Faster everything
recognition of multi core CPU's (still experimenting with this)

I am very impressed with the speed that X2 now handles Album Transitions.
This used to be an overnight job but now it does them extremely quickly.

Hi all
Rendering with vs X2 using Intel Core2 Quad CPU 2.40GHz & 4 gig Ram is much faster than on vs 11.5. My rendering time has drop by a 3rd. Very good all of my 4 cores are working evenly and when x2 is rendering its using 80% of my total processing power most of the time.
Nice

This thread has answered my internal question. Thanks to all for persuading me to go ahead and buy X2.

Yes.. VS does not
over-install, or replace previous versions. Each version is a stand-alone. On my Vista Laptop I currently have versions 10+, 11.5+ and Pro X2. While on my desktop running XP Home, add to that versions 8 and 9..

I've installed my X2, but because of work I haven't had a lot of time to play. Thank God I retire in December

I did bring up one of my older videos and added a second Title Track, it worked Great and looked very professional. I've also sent a few short clips directly to YouTube and it worked flawlessly. There is soo much more to try and I'm looking forward to trying all the new features.
