I've noticed a lot lately, that during news and on The Weather Channel, the screen will be split where the anchor is on the left and the weather person on the right and they carry on a conversation. I understand how to do this in VS9. However, when they are through with the conversation and it's time for either the anchor or the weather person to take over, the box they are in grows larger and takes up the whole screen, blocking out the other box.
Under "Effects" I can't remember where right now, and don't have time to look for it as it's time to leave for work, but there is a transition that brings the new clip up sort of like that. Under "Albums", there's a transition that pans back and shows a page of a photo album and then pans over from A to B and zooms in on B and then takes over. Which is what I want to do, but how could I keep that all on the screen at the same time before the transition?
Does this make sense? I hate doing things when I'm in a hurry.
