Hi

Definitely haven't installed any mega packs!

Have Pro X2 but didn't purchase separate bonus and contents packs.

Well that's just not possible if you purchased VS Pro X2. The are included with the program. You may not have installed them, but you should have them. The Content Pack should be installed, so that you will have the transition effects, templates, and so on. The Bonus material is just that, extras that are not needed, but are there for you.

Hi

This is mighty strange indeed!

I know I have the Pro X2 (splash screen conforms etc). When I purchased the download I have a feeling that contents and bonus packs were shown as separate entities on their web site and I must have convinced myself they were just that-superfluous.

When I got my e-mail confirmation with product keys etc there were separate entries for Corel VideoStudio Pro X2 Content Pack and .....Bonus Pack but the product keys were shown as N/A. This convinced me that I had not paid for them.

Now I'm not so sure so will need to have dialogue with Corel.

As stated previously, product gives me transitions and menus but perhaps they are just more limited.
