I'm having audio-video sync problems with Pro X2 and AVCHD discs. I have posted here about the problem but have not been able to solve it. I am willing to spend $15 on a call to Corel's tech support, but if all they typically do is repeat what they send out via e-mail support (which was no help), then I don't want to spend the $15.
Has anyone here had experience with these $15 calls, and can comment on the extent to which they are able/willing to help solve problems - and stay with it until the problem is solved.
Anyone have experience with Corel's $15 per call support?
