Hello, i try many programs for authoring, i'm so happy take the ulead software,
movie factory is good, but to be the best should not have limits as "ulead workshop 2"
for a great authoring fans seeking the free mode, ability to create menus without limits of time or only the text on menu template!!
if one day corel will make "corel dvd/blu ray workshop 3" I'll be the first to buy it and carry you coffee in the office :D :D

Definitely compatibility with a greater range of file types would be great.

I think there is nothing to be gained by posting in this Wish List. You will have noticed that the last posting here was in 2013. While Movie Factory is still available for sale, Corel have made it pretty clear they will not be producing any new version of it.

Hi Ken. I believe you are right. I opened a ticket with Corel Technical Support about a problem I had with Corel DVD Movie Factory Pro 7 where "image capture" fails. MF prompts for a destination folder and creates the file, but the file does not contain an image. During the course of the ticket, I attempted to install MF pro 7 on my Windows 10 computer. The install fails saying "...that version of Windows is not supported". When I asked if MF pro 7 was going to have Windows 10 support added, they closed the ticket without fixing the problem.

My Request for Enhancement, (RFE), would be to add creating a disk image file, (ISO), when creating Blu-Ray disks like it does for DVDs.

But I guess the discussion is moot if MF7 is sunsetted with Windows 7.
