PI X3 keeps deleting Presets

I have VISTA Home Premium and there is plenty of room on my computer to load anything I want. I have PI x3. When I open PI x3 back up again to "play" with my graphics, the presets are gone.

I am loading the SMP files in the right manner for PI x3 and the presets are loaded correctly. I have the presets and the SMP files all in one folder - excluding the Zip Folder, and info. text. After they disappear, I do a RESET so, that nothing will remain and load them again. I cannot figure out why this is happening. I am assuming operator error.

Can someone tell me how to fix this? I have now repeated the loading process 3x and I am getting a little peeved.

Please tell me what I am doing wrong and/or if the program has become corrupted. I would greatly appreciate it if, someone would direct me to a site that will tell me how to fix this. Also, I would appreciate any suggestions or help that you might be able to give me.

I never had a problem with PI 7 or 10 on XP. I have checked Corel's site for any updates to PI x3 but, none are available.

Have you checked in the Custom Profile area.

Menu bar, Window, Customise, select the EasyPalette tab. In the Category find My Gallery and ensure all boxes are ticked/checked for your gallery.
