Clip art , animation

Hi everyone i was wondering if anyone out there knows of a good ready made clipart, animations ( cartoon ducks flying overhead , Dogs running around, toy cars moving etc ) programme that would spice up Slideshows and also Videos. I have UVS 10, and theres a little bit of flash animation, but i want more LOL
I have been using Photoshow 5 for slideshows and it has lots of what i want, but i 'am trying to make 16.9 widescreen and Photoshow is 4.3 and burning quality aint that good, as a matter of fact sucks.
