Hi, I'm new here... so please let me know if I'm posting this in the wrong area.
Lately, when opening my PSP X2 program, a little window also opens with an offer to upgrade to Ultimate at a greatly reduced price. When I click on the "BUY" link (or even the CLICK HERE FOR MORE INFO link), though, the program stalls and I have to shut it down.
I went to the Corel website and (finally) was able to send a message. Several days later, they emailed back, letting me know they were considering the matter closed as I never responded to their previous email. (HUH??)
I went back to my message and updated it, explaining I never received their previous email, just the closing one. Again, several days later, another closing notice was sent to me.
BTW, when I went to their site, they had an offer to upgrade but it was more expensive than the offer which pops up when opening X2.
Any suggestions? I've checked my email junk folder - nada, which makes sense considering the closing notices make it just fine.
Thanks,
dee

I can only suggest that when that offer appears on screen you hit the [PrtSc] key on your computers keyboard, open a photo editing program such as PhotoImpact, PaintShop Pro or Adobe Photoshop and paste the image into it. Crop the picture so that you get rid of any unnecessary bits and then include it as an email attachment to Corel.
It is also worthwhile subscribing to Corel Newsletters - these are emails from Corel that you get every once in a while advertising new software and also special deals. Often the newsletter will offer the software at a discount.
