UVS 11 + Mask transitions

Post by Bimbing »

Hello, I recently upgraded from VS10+ to VS11+. In VS 11+ Effect --> Masks Transitions, there are only two categories: B and E. There is only 1 transition in B and in E. In my old 10+ there are categories A, B, C, D, E, F and there are many transitions under each categories.
Is there something wrong with my VS 11+ installation?
I tried to import the Mask transitions in my 10+ but could not find them. In what folder are the transitions in VS10+ so that I could import them?
Thanks for any help. Bimbing

Did you load the Extra Content file when you installed VS11? If you bought the download version, you should have received from Corel 3 download links: the first to the main program file; the second to Extra Content; and the third to a couple of bonus programs.

The Transitions are in the VFx folder of your main VS installation folder, by default at Program Files\Ulead Systems\Video Studio 11. However, the Masks are in the sub-folder Samples\vfxMasks.

Firing up my VS11.5+, I see I have, in the Transitions section, 6 categories of Mask transitions from A to F as you describe for VS10, each with 7 masks -- so a total of 42.
