Pls I want to find out how I can import a Jpeg/bitmap image into COOL 3d PS, re-size it & position it on any part of the screen.

About the only way that comes to mind is to add an object with the same aspect ratio as your photo.
Give that object a "texture," using the photo in question. You may have to fiddle with the mapping to get it to cover just one side of the object. I'm rather rusty with the program, so how exactly to do that isn't fresh in the brain.

There is also a for C3DPS to import a jpg or bitmap image, and create a 3D object from that.
