Hi, could anyone help me?

My computer recently encountered the serious problems for VS9/10/11 or MediaStudio 8 -- their GUI have NO response to mouse-clicking, all dead with tool bars or menus.

The above computer is working at WIN XP (Chinese version). The problem started when some WIN XP updates installed, but not restored even the updates were uninstalled.

This GUi problem is not existed when working at WIN XP (English).

The computer has 3.0 GHz CPU, 1GB RAM, 100GB free HD etc.

I had various problems when the auto update from Microsoft installed Service pack 3. The first thing I would try is "System Restore" and select a restore point prior to the problem appearing.
