Video Studeo SE version 10

Post by David Brimson »

Hi All,
I have just bought EzCap USB video grabber which came with Video Studio SE version 10. I tried this on my computer with XP but quickly ran out of disk space as it has a small hard drive. I decided to install it on my new Dell notebook computer with a 160 gb drive. It detected that to reduce the colours as it was not designed to run on Vista. I found a patch on the Ulead web to be more compatible with Vista.

When you have downloaded and installed this patch, your copy of Ulead® VideoStudio® will be certified as ¡§Works With Vista™¡¨
I downloaded this & ran it. I selected English after this a box came up saying it could not install this as Video Studio could not be detected. I have tried this several times but it still cannot detect Video Studio 10 even running in background.
Cheers....David Brimson

Typically, patches will not install to trial or SE versions. In fact, one of the notes on the update page states "This Update Pack is for Ulead® VideoStudio® 10/10 Plus (BOX, ESD, UPG, and activated TBYB) version."
