Subtitle error: subs goes on top of one another and extends

Post by Sanrein »

Hi,

I have finally resolved the problem with out of sync subs but still has problem with the subs stretching out of the tv screen and going on top of one another.

Example:

Is there a way to fix it? There has to be something that I can do to fix it.

Also if anyone is interested in learning how to fix out of sync subs and disappearing subs(subs that shows up the first 20-40 mins only). It's actually dued to the computer's memory/processor. I just updated my memory and processor and that solved it. I guess the faster the comp the better it can read and write the subs.

Like Videostudio X2's requirement (readme file) : 1GB RAM is required if you want to insert more than 500 subtitles.

I think MF PRO only allows two lines of text per screen. WS2 allows for whole paragraphs!
As for long text - you have to break it into smaller sections - This makes it easier for the viewer to read as well
