Try just completing the form as far as [Model] and then hit the search button.
You will get over 100 hits. You can refine the search to get a smaller list by including a short model number.
You can also reduce the number of hits by including the operating system - XP or Vista.

With computer searches the more you put in the less you get out.
The less you put in the more you get out.

File located

File downloaded

File installed

Rebooted

No change in Labelflash printing ability or fixing the problem.

I made a restore point though before installing the new driver/updates just in case. It seems to play a DVD just fine still with the updates; just doesn't fix the issue I am having.

What's our next step (chuckle/grin). :)

Just checking in to see if anyone has found a way to fix this problem. I'm sure I'm not the only person out there that has bought the Toshiba Satallite and discovered their promised feature doesn't even work (grin).

Is there maybe a better website to find other people with the same problem? This site seemed to have the most helpful people but I wonder if other Toshiba owners out there are wondering around not knowing where to go to get their problems addressed.

My LG DVD Writer comes with "Nero Express + LightScribe Support".
The lightscribe service in windows also needs to be active/running for it to work.
I don't think MF 'supports' Lightscibe - the manual only makes mention of printing paper labels.
And I've never tried it either :D
