I don't know about Ron, but I have never made a special DivX template. The few times I have made DivX videos, it was just as easy to use the Custom > Options route. It also gave me flexibility, since sometimes I have created low sized SD clips, sometimes I wanted higher quality and larger DivX clips, and now of course I am interested in high def DivX. The default 5.1.1 codec still allows me to create a template for high def. But the latest version in VS 11.5+ gives much more flexibility on the HD settings.
