Alludo USER to USER Web Board

I have a Gateway PC brand new with AMD Phenom Triple Processor 2.10Ghz with 4GB of Ram and ATI Radeon HD3200 graphics. Vista Home Premium OS Ver 6.0 Build 6001 SP1. When I edit my home video it freezes every now and then and I have to go to Task Manger and close the program and reopen it. I have to save after every change because I don't know when it will freeze again. In a One Hour editing duration it froze about 7 times. One time I had to reboot the system because it wouldn't open VS. I have a Panasonic Camcorder PV-GS59. I capture using DV. These are the particulars of the video:

I downloaded the Vista patch from Ulead. Hope you can help to get VS10 Plus working normally on my new PC. It worked great under XP.

Please don't double post. You raised this two days ago, and received at least some responses (see http://phpbb.ulead.com.tw/EN/viewtopic. ... 465#166465 ). I know you might feel frustrated that no one has provided anything useful. But it would be better if you just 'bumped' on your original thread to keep it alive, rather than starting it all over again.
