WMV Dimension option grayed out!?

Post by esclava »

Hello!

I've made about 10 videos with UVS 11Plus and then uploaded them to google video... In the past I had save them by doing this:

Share > Share Video Online > Neptune > Highest quality (¡K640x480)

I realize this is the same as:

Share > create video file > wmv > WMV Zune (640x480, 30fps)

But now today I hit a road block. When I save out a file with this setting, my dimensions are no longer 640x480, but 208x160!!

Then when I go into options to customize my own settings, the option for making the dimensions 640x480 are grayed out.

Am I the only one with this problem??? I would appreciate any help in this regard.

BTW: I un-installed the whole program and did a repair¡Kstill the same!

Thanks!

It was CORRUPTED!

Post by esclava »

Thank you for the Media Encoder 9 suggestion! I DID have it installed on my primary computer and my other pc... So I installed the original UVS11.5 on my primary machine and on the other one I installed the trial. I decided to try every option available so I finally did an un-install and re-install of this Microsoft component and now it's working! So aparently, when I did automatic updates (which I'm skeptical about anyways) it was a corrupted install!

Thanks again for your help!
