I received an e-mail from Corel above that looked like a refund.

I logged onto Corel Support website a couple of days later and their was my new serial number.

I removed the trial version and went through the standard install procedure above for an upgrade and went smoothly.

A total of 5 Days from my initial download to me having it fully installed.

Happy now :-)

I really don't think they care about their customers. No emails to tell you whats going on make promises and then fail to deliver.

Sorted at, lasts thanks stelch but what happened to me was something went wrong with my credit card transaction. Corel gave me the download links but no serial numbers and i thought it was the same problem you guys were having.

Corels email said my transaction was successful but it was not and whats worse Corel never even emailed me to tell me this.

LOL what a sales team they must have there. Maybe they dont need anymore sales LOL.

Received my box version of VS Pro 2 yesterday. Started installation and entered new serial # on first screen along with name. Next screen asked for new serial # again. Typed in new number as per first screen - and
popup states it as "invalid." Several attempts at this without success and
always "invalid" pops up. I searched your forums and was able to follow forum user babdi's advise to type in serial # of VS11 and to my
surprise it accepted the # and then I was successfull with installation of
VS Pro2.
So thank you very much - this forum is great and has never failed
me yet. :wink:
