VS 11-Plus... do you have to be an Admin to run?

I just purchased VS11 Plus, installed, activated etc... (my first video editing software)
And, as I hope is the typical case, I don't let my kids run as Admin's on our Vista home system. However, it appears VS-11 won't let non-admin users run the program.
Does anyone have any insight on this ... well, rather irritating problem.
(Of course, the Ulead/Corel people didn't tell me this before I purchased the product... just assured me it worked with Vista!)

Any user on your machine can run VideoStudio.
If there is a problem with no-admins running the program then you need to check your Windows Security Settings.
