VS-8 Capture ???

Is it possible to capture video off of a homemade DVD? I want to re-edit a project that I completed last year and is no longer on my computer system.

Absolutely.

Start with an empty project, and click on the File Open icon in the lower-left corner of the screen, select "Insert DVD/DVD-VR", and browse for the drive containing the DVD you wish to import.
