Blu-ray and M2TS

I have use the update file and I can't use blu-ray or m2ts files can someone tell me what did I wrong.

We also need to know which version of Video Studio you are using, which 'update file' you are talking about, and your brand and model of camera. Please also fill in your System button so we know what your computer specifications are.
