Where Is This Plug-In!! (3gpp, 3gpp2)

Hello,
I am a happy VisualStudio 10 customer but I have recently run into a huge problem that I'm sure many other people are experiencing. I have a massive library of 3gpp and 3gpp2 videos that I want to be able to drag on my lovely timeline. I am even willing to upgrade to the new version of VS to do this but on the "Full Features" pdf, it says:
--------------------------------------------------------------------

Media Format, DVR- MS, MOD (JVC MOD File
Format),3GPP**, 3GPP2**

WAV, Windows Media Format.
‧ Images: BMP, CLP, CUR, EPS, FAX, FPX, GIF87a, ICO, IFF,

Windows Media Format, "
‧ Audio: Dolby Digital Stereo, MPA, WAV, Windows
Media Format.
‧ Images: BMP, JPG
‧ Disc: DVD, Video CD (VCD), Super Video CD (SVCD)
movie title
‧ Media: CD-R/RW, DVD-R/RW, DVD+R/RW, DVD-R Dual
Layer, DVD+R Double Layer.
** Plug-in required
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
Upon seeing "3GPP**, 3GPP2**" I smile. I see "** Plug-in required". Sure thats fine, i'll pay for a plug-in as long as it does what it says. Then I set out to find this so called plug-in. Nowhere is it to be found! Ahhhh! Comeon I really need this and it's advertised. I looked around on google and after extensive searching found just one plug-in from a 3rd party compatible with VS9. Great.... that does a lot of good. Does anyone know if it works with VS10? If so problem solved but I'm not about to drop $30 and risk have it being incompatible.
Is this plug-in real? If not I would kindly suggest Ulead to take it down because it could potentially crush somebodies hopes and dreams. I refuse to use a video flie converter as those are the most sloppy unreliable things from my experience. I would love to try Ulead's Video ToolBox which looks nice but they don't offer any sort of trial for it.
I just need to drag and drop them 3gpp2's into my timeline!! I need a 3gpp2 plugin compatible with VS10. Somebody please help me. It would be very much appreciated.
Thank you for reading!
